Kayla serves as the Information Systems Manager at Horowitz Health, where she leads the organization’s technology infrastructure with a focus on human-centered, scalable solutions that support behavioral health operations. Since joining Horowitz Health as a Human Resources Information Systems Technician, Kayla has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in aligning technical systems with organizational needs—earning recognition for her innovation, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

With a strong academic foundation in psychology and previous leadership experience in healthcare administration, Kayla brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to her role.
