Christopher serves as the Operations Manager at Horowitz Health, where he oversees the day-to-day functioning of multiple behavioral health facilities, including Intensive Residential Treatment Services programs. Since joining the organization, Christopher has quickly become a key member of the leadership team—recognized for his reliability, strategic thinking, and results-driven approach to operational excellence.

With over a decade of experience in operations and production management, Christopher brings a strong background in optimizing systems, leading teams, and improving organizational performance. Prior to his role at Horowitz Health, he served in progressive leadership positions at SRW Products, advancing from Production Machine Operator to Operations and Production Manager. In that capacity, he led teams of 12 to 15 staff members, implemented lean manufacturing principles, and developed safety and quality protocols that dramatically reduced workplace injuries and production costs while improving on-time delivery and efficiency.

Christopher is skilled in the application of Root Cause Analysis, process improvement strategies, and preventive maintenance programs—all of which have contributed to sustained gains in quality control and operational safety. At Horowitz Health, he plays a critical role in developing and maintaining systems that ensure facilities not only meet but exceed regulatory and clinical standards. His work supports seamless service delivery, efficient resource management, and safe, therapeutic environments for both clients and staff.
