Nicole serves as the Director of Finance at Horowitz Health, where she leads the financial strategy and operations for the organization’s mental health service lines. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and fiscal monitoring across all residential and outpatient programs. Her leadership ensures the long-term financial health and sustainability of Horowitz Health’s growing network of behavioral health facilities.

With a strong foundation in both healthcare finance and human resources management, Nicole brings a unique interdisciplinary lens to her role. She integrates financial oversight with operational insight to ensure that resources are deployed effectively and equitably to support client care. Her analytical approach enables data-driven decision-making and cost-containment strategies that balance fiscal responsibility with clinical excellence. Nicole works closely with the Director of Revenue Cycle Management to streamline revenue cycle operations, optimize reimbursement, and ensure compliance with state and federal funding requirements. She is deeply involved in aligning financial systems with regulatory standards, payer guidelines, and internal performance metrics to maintain accountability and transparency.

Beyond day-to-day financial management, Nicole collaborates with senior leadership on long-range planning, capital investments, and program development. Her work supports the organization’s mission to expand access to high-quality, evidence-based mental health care while building the infrastructure necessary to serve underserved communities throughout the region. Nicole’s leadership is marked by her commitment to fiscal stewardship, strategic innovation, and her belief that sound financial systems are essential to delivering sustainable, client-centered behavioral healthcare.
